This Wiki is a place where we can develop and organize our teaching ideas and lessons. As we figure out how we can best utilize technology within balanced teaching methods, each one of us can add ideas, experiences, strategies, lessons, and student examples.
Whenever you use a teaching strategy or lesson that uses technology add it to the appropriate Literacy "Math" Model page in our Wiki. At the end of the year, we should have a comprehensive list of lessons and examples as well as a collective understanding of how balanced instruction can be delivered, using technology, to improve learning.
Here are some of the other questions that have popped up since we've begun:
When and how can I provide interventions for students in the regular math classroom?
How can I help students learn in small guided groups while meeting the learning needs of the rest of my students?
What strategies can I use for independent instruction? What can students work on?
How do I keep track of the students I meet with in guided instruction?
How can we see each other who teach using this model?
